The Big Picture
The Double Down Desert Home is 2400 square feet of open and social space with four bedrooms, which will sleep 8 very comfortably including three full bathrooms, all with newly tiled showers and floors. If you're driving your own car or perhaps renting, a full size 2-car garage is attached to the home complete with an automatic opener. The living room has an east Indian theme with a very warm and cozy feel on top of Birch colored hard wood floors topped with original Persian rugs along with hand-made Moroccan lighting in the entry way and dining room. Also in the living room is a stone-wood burning fireplace.
The family room focal point is the 42 inch flat-screen plasma TV perfectly visable from the kitchen or while eating at the kitchen bar. Included is a DVD/CD player and, of course, surround sound stereo. This family/Rec room also has a second wood burning stone fireplace (see picture) for the chilly desert winter nights, a wet bar, and a sliding glass door leading out
back to the covered patio and pool. The back yard is secluded and private. Mature trees bring shade and isolation and it's large enough to have family & friends for pool & BBQ gatherings. The pool also has a lovely waterfall cascading into the the pool.
Our home is not your ordinary suburban-tract cookie cutter home (we have space and privacy) which we are most proud of. The home is completely updated and unique.
